From the Taper:
Rush - Live at the Northlands Coliseum, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
March 20th 1990
I taped this show myself at the time with a borrowed walkman. I never spent the time digitizing it because I didn't think that the quality was that good.
Now that I have had a chance to listen to it again, I've changed my mind.
The original didn't have a lot of low tones in it, so I boosted that a bit.
At times you can tell that the recording levels went beyond the capabilities of the walkman and there is some distortion here and there. But overall I think that is enjoyable. I was sitting in the inside ring, oposite the stage. I think that that is the reason why the crowd noise is not that bad. The was a major problem during Time Stand Still, I think I managed to fix it quite nicely. I can't hear it anymore, but because I know where the problem was, I can point out what is "different".
I challenge you to find where that problem was (without looking at the wav pattern).
I also have the Mr. Big set from this night. They were in awesome form,
and it was Billy Sheenan's Birthday!.
